This is the celebration time for Vidhya Balan, after releasing recent movie Ishqiya, actress Vidhya Balan has shared her secret behind her new look.

She said fitness is very important, it makes more comfortable and feel fine. “I woke out four to five times a week with my trainer, eat two hours, sleep for eight hours per day, drink lots of water and one of the secret mantra I always keep a smile on my face.

She has shared her diet and opinion towards zero size fashion. She said that she is pure vegetarian and avoid desserts. Moreover, for zero figures Vidhya said India women have certain figure and it is beautiful body type.

Vidhya Balan with two men in her next movie Ishqiya -Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi, after playing a role of mother of Big B in Paa. Her character Krishna in the movie Ishiqya , which is negative role. She said that “Krishna is not negative, its very easy to label the role, if someone is playing mother role then it is good character but when you are playing negative role its is not good.It depend on all the storyline.” She added that movie Ishqiya is a story of love and lust, love keeps us going in the lives and sex is apart of it.

It has been said that Arshid was not comfortable Vidhya during kissing scene, then the director Abhishek Chaubey left him alone on the spot to make him comfortable.But Vidhya said that he was just nervous otherwise everything is OK.

Vidhya appeared in Saree, most of the roles in the movies she has done in saree she said Indian women look beautiful in sarees as well as sexy too.

Her forthcoming after Ishqiya is No one Killed Jessica with Rajkumar Gupta, Chenab Ghandhi of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and many more, hope her all movies do well on box office and give her success on every movies.

Vidhya want to do Malayalam movie, which is her ad her parents wish, due to tight schedule, she couldn’t take up the project. But soon she will fulfill this desire.
